Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss, born in Decatur, Illinois on 23 July 1971, is a well-known and well-off Country Singer. She and LeAnn Kymes were two of the youngest recipients of a Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss was born in July of 1971. Alison is a bluegrass and country singer. She started working in the business of music at a very young age. When she was 10, she won local competitions and made her first album. In 1985 she was signed with Rounder Records. Her first solo album came out in 1987. In 1989, she was invited to be a part of Alison Krauss & Union Station together with whom she performed.
